Engineer rates

Valid from January 2014

Please ensure our engineers have accurate directions to your premises and have adequate adjacent parking.  Assistance may be requested for moving heavy equipment.

Our engineers may require passwords to relevant systems.  Please ensure these are changed (as part of your normal password policy) when we no longer require them.

We may also need keys to access the premises outside working hours - please make sure you have arranged how they are to be returned.

Engineer callouts.

Callout (Tyrone) £50.

Callout (outside Tyrone) £50 + 35p per mile from headquarters.

Callout charges include first hour.

Hourly rate £30

Remote access and telephone support.

End users under contract - included.

End users not under contract - £10/ 20 minutes - in blocks of 20 minutes only.

Miscellaneous

Legal work, expert witness and court representation £85 / hour.

Consultancy, system investigations, security verification, policy documentation etc… normal callout and hourly rates apply.
